We recommend having an ASIC Agent if you have a company.- If you have a Registered Business Name, an ASIC Agent will not have access to this.
- An ASIC Agent will easily be able to update your details with ASIC.
- An ASIC Agent should have online access to ASIC.
- An ASIC Agent can receive ASIC documents on your behalf
- ASIC Agent authority is provided by completing a ASIC Form 362
