3 Smart Habits Of A Well-Run Business

One of the biggest advantages I see in well-run businesses has very little to do with turnover.

It comes down to three simple habits:

  • They respond to their accountant quickly, even if it is just a short reply
  • They send through information requested early, not once it is already urgent
  • They act on advice while it is still relevant, not months later

None of this is complex. That is exactly why it is often overlooked.

These small actions create a real advantage. You get clearer advice, better timing on decisions, and far fewer surprises throughout the year.

From my side, it means I can be proactive rather than reactive. From your side, it means you stay in control of your numbers instead of catching up with them.
